Fire at
Raffles Girls' School at Anderson Road, no injuries

A fire broke out at Raffles Girls’ School at Anderson Road on
Wednesday (Oct 19) evening.
Singapore Civil Defence Force said the fire started in the
science laboratory.
Seventeen staff were evacuated and no injuries were
reported.
SCDF received the call at 7.33pm.
The fire was extinguished shortly after SCDF arrived at the
school.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
