My ICT is soon and I have cause for urgent deferment. So I was told to report for ICT as usual and give my documents to my PC. My question is, do I have to report in full uniform? I have a full beard and I do not want to shave for a 10 minutes thing.

1. Acceptable haircut for male.

Moustaches are permitted. If a moustache is kept, it has to be kept neatly trimmed and of moderate length. No portion is to fall below a line parallel with the bottom of the upper lip or extend sideways beyond a vertical line drawn upward from the corner of the mouth.

Yes, since you were told to report for ICT as usual, it's better you comply with the rules.
