yup, P1 cases are usually all the cases which needs to be standby but then again there are exceptions.

depending on the severity of the stroke & not all needed to be classfied as P1 cases..

if stroke out less than 6hrs, its P1. After 6hrs, depends on pt condition.. If any of the ABC is missing or pt starts fitting, P1 again..
