Any idea why the
switch:
(a) Originally all SCDF emergency
used the red flasher scheme;
(b) Then came the Red & White
Strobe Flashers;
(c) Now the Red / Blue, which was
more of Police Strober Scheme?

perhaps they would like to have a change..
but then again by having the red/blue strobe, it will somewhat make
motorist slow down as they thought there's a police roadblock for
example..
in short, it's a mind kinda effect..
