this is an accident waiting to happen. seeing how some PA drivers
drive, you can get a heart attack, they make turns so sharp
that all the weight leans on one side of the vehicle, and many
times i've heard them make tire screeches during
acceleration.
it's nothing like SCDF's own drivers.
