Sometimes I get the feeling that in this country, if you want to
kill someone, you should use a vehicle as a weapon.
If this bugger had stolen, say, a baseball bat from a sports
shop and bashed in the skull of someone standing in his way, he
would have been charged with murder (or at least manslaughter).
This bugger stole a taxi and ran down a cleaner standing in his
way. What is he gonna get charged with? Death due to a rash
act.
Anything less than a manslaughter charge would be injustice.
