The Singapore Civil Defence Force, SCDF, will be conducting an
operational exercise at the Marina Bay Floating Platform early
tomorrow morning.
It says the exercise is part of its on-going efforts to validate
and update operational plans and procedures.
The Police and Health Ministry will also be involved in the
exercise.
Some 500 personnel and about 50 emergency and supporting vehicles
will be participating in this exercise.
SCDF says up to 3 lanes along Raffles Avenue between the junction
of Temasek Avenue and Raffles Link would be closed between 1am and
4am tomorrow.
The public is advised not be alarmed.
