After reporting it to the police do I need to go to CDA and make another report or? Cos I am not exactly sure if I lost it as I might have left it at my workplace.

your 11B is your NRIC for your 2 yrs of NS so please visit the nearest NPP to make a report asap..

also, please let the person who is in charge of you (whether you're at CDA or have passed out to stn) know as well..

First call back your company line and inform the COS, also remind the COS to inform OPs room duty clerk. If possible, let S1 dept know ASAP. And make a police report. Bring the report back to camp for endorsement, you would also need it to book in.

The reason why you need to call back camp, is primarily to inform your unit and get them to inform the guard house, or they won't let you in. No, you won't get charged, but its a lot of hassle. If your encik not happy with you, can give you 3 also.
