==> rota commander ==> firemen
something like that....
and to show care and concern to the firemen so people will
respect him.
he don't need a fire badge.

but he's doing beyond that. he's cooking up half-baked
inventions that make the lives of firemen miserable.
as for the managing people part, i've heard too much of people
saying SCDF is "f**ked up" and a serious lack of morale, regulars
included.
