one time my friend decided to awol or smth? becaue of the unfair
treatment by the upper management on his trainee. my friend was an
instructor. the upper management wanted to throw him into DB, but
encik tong threatened to resign, then dressed as a civilian look
for my friend.
and told him, he came to him as a friend, and not as an encik,
and asked him to come back and not awol.
my friend was so touched he came back.
