I have an item shown in the picture.
Its found in the waters along the boardwalk to sentosa.
Need help identifying what it is the name we call it

hello. I cannot be too sure but I think it could be a LED
beacon. does it light up at night? and are those solar panels? if
it is, then I think it's a self-powered (solar) LED marine beacon.
as the name implies, it's purpose is to provide light and hence aid
to navigation for vessels at night. or to simply mark out the
coastline.
try googling as I could be wrong.
