Thank you for your patronage at our Groupon Shop over the past
year.
As you may already know, Suntec City Mall is undergoing a major
renovation that will necessitate closure of shops within the
complex. The Groupon Shop will also need to be closed, starting
from February 25, 2013. The Groupon Shop will have extended hours
until 8:30pm daily till 24th February to help accommodate and
facilitate the redemption of any Good purchased.
For uninterrupted and continuous service during this interim
period, Groupon Singapore will continue to provide 7 days courier
service for your future purchases, directly to your preferred
delivery address. It is our goal to provide you with the highest
level of service, while we evaluate what the best next steps are in
reopening the Groupon Shop. I personally want to let you know that
we are dedicated to better serve your needs now and in the
future.
If the warranty period of your purchased goods goes beyond 24
February 2013, assistance will be available at our New Henderson
Service Centre from 25 Feb 2013.
