Thanks for the info....what about A432??

HKFS88 SG

Anyone from SCDF or anyone knows about SCDF's fire station numbering system? They used to be Stn 1-Central, Stn 2-Geylang, Stn 3- Alex, Stn 4- Clementi, etc......but it seems now it is 3 number. Can someone guide how fire stations is known now?

Central =

AngMoKio =

Changi =

Woodlands =

etc.......

Would be happy if someone can post the numbering for each station. Wink

SMRT Buses SG

Changi Fire Station is now known as Stn 22 & its appliances are numbered as A221 whereby the 1 signifies the 1st alpha & 2 for the next alpha depending on the number of alphas that each station has…this applies for other appliances in the station too…

HKFS88 SG

You from SCDF? Very Happy So, can you let post the numbers for all SCDF stations?

I thought Jurong island is station 14? Never knew theres a bishan fire station

Superbus SG

Indeed. Thanks for correcting my mistake.

The correct order for Fire Stations under HQ 1st CD Division is:

HQ 1st CD Division (Alexandra)
Station 11 - Central FS
Station 12 - Alexandra FS
Station 13 - Clementi FS
Station 14 - Jurong Island FS
Station 15 - Bishan FS

Shocked Shocked Shocked

QX5216J SG

add somemore callcodes FYI:

5XX - BRTC
6XX - CDA
911 - DART
92X - SRB
99X - HQ SCDF

QX5216J SG

Before theres Bishan FS, theres S'goon FS, which was under the command of 2nd Division.
Bishan FS opened in 2001 (if i'm nnot wrong) and the old S'goon FS became CMB for SCDF. (i saw PDV 924 under maintenance before at the site.)

dumbdumb! SG

Stn 11 -Central

Stn 12-Alexandra

Stn 13-Clementi

Stn 14-Jurong Island

Stn 15- Bishan

Stn 21-Paya Lebar

Stn 22-Changi

Stn 23-Tampines

Stn 31-Yishun

Stn 32- Ang Mo Kio

Stn 33- Sengakang

Stn 41-Jurong

Stn 42-Tuas

Stn 43-Woodlands

Stn 44-Bukit Batok

Stn 51-BRTC

Stn 61-CDA

Each pumper will have 3 numbers: lets use Alexandra as an example

1 2 1

the first 1 stands for the division that station is under, which is division 1.

the 2 stands for the station number. Central is 1, Alexandra is 2, so on and so forth.

and the 2nd 1 stands for the pumper's number. in which case, this pumper is the Duty Officer's pumper. The first pumper.

HKFS88 SG

This is something new...i never knew about this set of numbers besides the usual fire stations codes.... Wink

QX5216J SG

Stn 51-BRTC

Stn 61-CDA

Wrong.
They are called 5th Division & 6th Division.

Their call code does consists of other digits.
Eg: LF 593. CDA 1.

All this are for training or standby only.

HKFS88 SG

Till date, Stn 11 Central is still under 1st Divsion rite? I thought this station was to be transfer over to 2nd divsion?? Question

SMRT Buses SG

Stn 11 Central is still under 1st division & I didn't know that it was to be transferred over to 2nd division, where you got the info from Rolling Eyes

HKFS88 SG

I saw some old stuff on this topic on the last page of this forum and i heard of this rumour too last year...so, i thought i ask if Stn 11 is indeed going over to 2nd divsion... Wink

Of course, i hope Central remains as Stn 11 as this is oldest and grand fire station in S'pore. Thus, It should remain as Stn 1 Mr. Green

QX5216J SG

"Dispute" Station, got 2nd cannot, go 3rd div also cannot...
Yes. Stn 11 appliances can go to almost any part of Singapore.
Dont be surprised if you see Alpha 113 @ Marine Parade area (under Stn 21), which i've seen it thrice this year.

HKFS88 SG

Haha....what you say correct....Stn 11 cover 'almost' every area for other stations... I just saw A111 at Commonwealth today..... Wink
