How does it work?
1. Customer places an order with honestbee
2. Shopper shops for order at grocery store
3. Deliverer or Shopper deliver groceries
4. Get Paid!
What you need to apply:
- Android smartphone
- Be above 18 years old
- Be able to lift up to 10 kg
- Good command of English
Position Description of a Shopper Bee:
- Assist customers to purchase items from the stores
- Ensure items purchase is within the given time period unless
specify
- Ensure no mistakes during selection of items
- Ensure all expectations (expiry date, condition of items etc.)
are being met during the selection of items
- Ensure all items are accountable for and packed for deliverer
to pick up
- At all times, ensure customer satisfaction are being met
- Well spoken when dealing with customers on replacement of
items
