And it’s our recent big wins that has now necessitated expanding
our team. The Funner* Stuff ~ We are looking for Account Executives
and Account Managers (accounts need not apply)! WHAT
YOU’LL BE DOING ~ Servicing clients
daily to ensure promises are kept by managing creatives’ ego and
keeping lies to a minimum. ~ Massage clients’ ego to build on
Agency-Client relationships. ~ Working with our account directors
to develop marketing/advertising initiatives and other stuff to
make us big bucks. ~ Helping our clients evaluate
marketing/advertising effectiveness, monitor competitor activity
and plan tactical manoeuvres. And getting all their last minute
requests aka demands into the ad.
~ Collaborating with our Creative Team to ensure that creative
development is on strategy and meets the Agency’s standard. ~
WHAT YOU NEED ~ Good presentation and project
management capability. ~ Excellent relationship-building skills.
Love for anything alcohol definitely a plus. ~ Strong verbal and
written communication skills, one language other than Singlish is
another plus, including sound grammar.
~ Insightful, with a keen interest in consumer behaviour. Or
simply loves shopping. ~ PREFERRED
QUALIFICATION ~ Degree / Diploma ~ Account Executives:
Recent graduates welcome ~ Account Manager: 3-4 years’ relevant
experience. ~ Training will be provided along with the occasional
whipping. Only the strong need apply. The funnest part
