Frequent Changing and Resignation of Job

Hi, let say if someone keep on changing and resigning his/her job, will it affect his/her chance of getting his/her next job?

Yes & No.

Yes - because this may mean that he has conflict with his previous employer, unless he is able to explain himself and come clean.

No - because this means he likes challenges. His new employer will probably give him a much harder job (with much higher pay) than his previous employer.
