How long to give out 1k flyers? ( Door to door )

I did a flyer distribution door to door today and it took me 2 - 3 hours to distribute around 500 flyers ( 1 flyer each unit , so only distributed around 500 ), the employer said im slow -____________________-....... how can i do it faster? i heard that it takes only 1 hour to complete 1k, is that even possible??

Walk faster, don't have to bother to slide it in nicely, as long as it sticks thr it's fine. Yep that's all about it, will save a lot of time.
