i guess his words or instruction might have inthe past not
udnerstood and carried out by you. so from this body language he
might be trying to restrain you so that you cn list and do as told,
or list while he try to communciate with you.
but if it is true i pity your boss. do boss do until like taht
have to block people's way to make people stop and list to him.
