SGX market) •Overall responsibilities for the
finance and accounting activities to support the financial
operations of an assigned group of companies. •Incumbent will be
accountable to oversee preparation of financial and management
reports, preparation of budgets and cash flow forecast, costing and
variance analysis, management of tax and treasury functions, review
and enhancement of computerized accounting systems as well as
internal control, and regulatory compliance. •Assist CFO in Group-related activities such as group
