Car Lanes?
Lane 1, the first lane on the right is the overtaking lane only in
express ways, or highways. It should be kept clear, unless
overtaking.
Three lane or four lane avenues do not have overtaking lanes.
The general rule is motorcyclist, lorries, slower vehicles to keep
to left lane. Overtaking should be done on the right. It is a
general rule only, not law. Sometimes these vehicles need to keep
right because of the route. Sometimes these drivers/riders can't be
bothered about rules.
Just keep cool and drive well yourself.
