You will be responsible for
- Contacting existing clients by phone (no cold
calling involved),
- Building relationships with current
clients
- Retaining clients and upselling/cross
selling
- Representing the Company's
clients
- Providing quotes and solutions
Our requirements are
- Fluent English,
- Diploma and above preferred,
- Sales and/or customer service experience is a
plus
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred
