Shipping Officers – 2 Vacancies
Salary : $2000 Plus/Minus (depending on experience)
Work Hours : 0830H – 1740H / Mon – Fri. Subjected to
over-time
Requirements / Job Scope:
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity
Liaise with freight forwarders on the detail of all outgoing
shipment booking function Perform shipment booking for all outgoing
shipments
Provide detail of outgoing shipment to all parties responsible for
ensuring an on-time delivery to customers
Co-ordinate internal activities related to all outgoing shipments
with other department concerned.
Account for a complete and accurate closure of all job paperwork
issued against customer orders.
Generate shipping documentation for all outgoing shipments
Maintain shipment records in a manner facilitating easy
retriever
