You buy the property eg. one of 50 rooms that they sell of 200
rooms in a hotel > hotel rents its own rooms first, then one of
the 50 sold > you get paid when people finally rent yours.
It's just a means of financing the project.
What's so good about travelling with celebrities anyway? Do they
treat you to things?
