Position 1 :
1) At least 1 year experience of server administration in Unix
environment
2) Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills for Server Hardware
and peripherals
3) Experience working in large data centres will be an
advantage
4) Willing to work staggered shifts between 7 am – 8 pm.
5) Fresh graduates with some Unix background can be
considered
Position 2 :
Level 1 Engineer
1) Diploma/Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) or with at
least 1-2 years of relevant administration experience in Unix and
windows servers. Fresh grad with some linux experience, has good
attitude and willing to learn will also be considered.
2) Knowledge and prior experience of system and Java application’s
troubleshooting
3) Knowledge and experience of Open Source tools.
4) Able to work independently with minimum supervision
5) Team worker and ability to response to emergency call in
critical situation
6) Must be able to work on 12 hours shift.
Position 3 :
Level 2 Engineer :
1) Diploma/Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with at least
2-3 years of relevant administration experience in Unix and
windows. Other Individuals who possess strong system or application
administration experiences/knowledge will also be
considered.
2) Proficient in Unix Shell scripting and Unix security and
administration control
3) At least 2 years hands-on experience in systems implementation,
administration and management of UNIX, Linux & Windows
Servers.
4) Knowledge and prior experience of Weblogic, Content Management,
SSO and LDAP will be an added advantage
5) Experience and Knowledge of Open Source tools.
6) Strong tasks and time management skills with good interpersonal,
analytical and problem solving skills.
7) Able to work independently with minimum supervision
8 ) Must be able to work on 24/7 standby mode.
Position 4
Minimum:
1) Diploma in Computer studies or any other related
discipline
2) 2-3 years of working experience in Service Desk with exposure to
ITIL process
3) 1-2 years of Java development experience
6) Experienced with reporting tools such as Crystal
Reports.
7) Experienced with Microsoft Windows Operation Systems / Unix, and
relational database such as MS-SQL and Oracle.
8 ) Good presentation / communication / writing skill.
9) Willing to travel when the need arises.
Advantageous, (but not essential) to have:
10) Actual project experience in ITSM Tool implementation (from
requirement study, to implementation and maintenance
support)
11) Pre-sales and consultancy experience on ITSM Tool (e.g. HP SM
7.0 and above, or/and BMC Remedy ver. 6 and above).
12) Service Desk / Technical Service / Facilites Management
exposure.
