HyuugaNeji SG Anyone knows if i quit now (Middle of december), will i be entitled to AWS 13th month bonus?I work since last year.
Rock^Star SG of course but pro-rated. Also depends if your co. wanna play chao kuan or not, they can hold it back.
Strongmen999hard SG Better check with your HR first. Some company take back the bonus if you don't serve the company for another 6 moths with the company.
^Acid^ aka s|aO^eH~ SG different company different policies... I also suggest u check with ur HR or Finance first...
troublemaker2005 SG nope, that depends on company want to give alms or not. usually is must stay until year over then can get any. oif no prorated also may not have. read the employee handbook or consult your HR.
