Shanghai:
+Cheaper cost of living than spore
+If you are a chinese, you might speak their language. I use
'might' because shanghainese usually speak in their dialect, and
expects everyone in shanghai to speak its dialect too.
+Relatively safe. But alot of con-men around
+Hot chicks. if you don't mind prc.
+Vibrant city life
+No natural disaster
+/- Political climate. High security. sometimes too much
security.
- Traffic jam is bad.
