cartel's beef steak like chinese stir fry
i walked round PS and new wing
looking for a glass of wine in vain
then i saw cartel so good value
so settled for the steak with latte
was tucking into my food and started to flip the standee on the
table
and I saw....................... WINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I quickly ordered
and it turned out
the best thing for the lunch was the 7 dollar wine that saved my
day!
