MNC mostly they practisce non-discrimatory for all
nationalities, but some of them, because of having a huge number in
the company will openly abuse this.
MNC's leaders are mostly Westerns who have really a very poor
grasp of on-ground situation so mostly they are just ceremonios
roles really. If you ask them to really pit themselves against a
monopoly government linked company, they would fail
miserablerly.
