If I work normally from 9am to 6pm and still have so much
pending work that I've to stay until 10pm everyday to finish my
work for the day, then I am doing a 2-person job.
In one of my ex-company, I was doing a 2-person job but I
quitted after a few months. And, I also learnt that company's
employee turnover rate is very high as many cannot coop with the
2-person workload each.
