ICA management or dept head should do something about the
feedback you received.
And during interview process, should let them know the
requirement of the work, like manning the counter etc....
And management and dept head should sit down and review the
employment policy too.

stress and workload becomes heavy, your attitude will change.
Interview that time all say ok ok, when got the job and do the
job, all will say not ok not ok.
And yes, once you take alot of MC, you will be ask to leave.
They will ask you to resign.
