Why managers behave this way?

Oftentimes, bosses find fault and scold their subordinates pinning the blame on them to make themselves look and feel better. But they know deep inside that it's all very superficial. Just be humble and take the verbal thrashing. Offer no resistance t all: one ear in, another ear out.........and you'll be all right.

This happens everywhere you go. As long as you are working just as a mere employee, you'll have to face this sort of thing. The most you can do is resign and find yourself another place to work. But you'll never escape from this. A different work place may have this in a different shade but it's all the same............

I always believe that what goes around comes around. These nasty bosses will just get their just desserts one fine day...........

Just keep your focus on what you are working for and everything else is secondary.

Work is work. End of the day, its nothing personal, its just business. Always draw the line between colleagues and friends. Colleagues will always be colleagues, never friends.

Agreed.

Sometimes, wonder why colleagues are hoping someone to make mistakes and they just sit back and watch the show.

Also,collagues try to push you down the cliff if you get unware. Must be alert at all times in the office.

lat time i got one bosses i tell him hey my subordinates got attitude problem and he never do anything to solve the ptorblm. unlike another boss or rather all my previous bosses who will sit down and resolve the interpersonal issues. after a while it will not be too difficult to see this boss' level where he stands. then the worse is he swauku one tell me if i handle one of the cutomer (i.e Intel) products i can learn many things. i first time hear the comments i chiokaopeng already. to them company Intel's the main customer but i see is really WTF? So swauku!

Having meeting with manager also headaches.

My junior and everybody sit around with the manager.

Throw out all the problems we are facing.

And was thrown back to us!!!!

Now, my section smart liao, all keep to the mininum.

Also, I got sabo too. When asked any problem? I usually let manager know this and that.

You guess what?

My manager put words into my mouth, telling other colleagues I complained that this and that!!!!

some managers really you see them cannot find THE SAME KINDDA JOB elsewhere have to stick to a comapny 1. they will do anything although you see them so SMART in their UNIFORM but at home they got condo luxury car to service the loan and wives and kids and dogs to pay their expenses and also their high life so yeh its no wonder they do the things they do without care for face
