Hygiene reasons? Hurting feelings of others? Seriously guys?
European Union has the highest standards of hygiene in the world.
They allow dogs everywhere freely. In restaurants, in Metros,
e.t.c. It's just an age-old law which stuck around. And yes, the
selfish owners are the often the other reason.
