Which time is it hotter?

Hi guys, this may sound like a really silly question but here it goes. Which time of day is hotter? 12pm or 2pm? Thanks!

2pm will be hotter than 12pm depending on several factors: if the sky is cloudy or if there is precipitation

12pm is hotter because i think so.
