are the main factors that caused employees’
dissatisfaction. The purpose
of this case study is to discover the hidden
relationship and patterns in employees' satisfaction. A
the end of the result, we will list down TOP 10 factor that
cause employees’
dissatisfaction.

will be useful for an organization to identify the root caused and
find resolution to improve it. In Asia,
Singapore is among the top 5 country has a
highest turnover rate and lowest employees’ satisfaction. As we
