BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE
OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Handling in bound calls from customer about their inquiries about
the bank services and products.
- Handling complains on the phone.
- Purely interaction on the phone with customers, no face to face
with customers.
Requirements:
- Highest qualification, minimum 'o' levels
- Able to speak well in English.
- Meticulous and customer oriented
- Preferable with at least 1 year in customer service.
- Salary ranging from $1600-$2300 depending on experience.
