Rooney9 SG I find that working for old or young female bosses the same. both nag and likes to micro-manage, always ask you if you do this or that or not? I mean we are not fresh grad or just come out of the work force. why dun they just leave you alone to do your work in peace.

I think they are too free liao....the work is done by us not them....all they do is attend meetings and submit reports....
