ya, the recent us president election is entertaining.

Mitt Romney kept on boasting about the things he done over and over again, while Obama kept on attacking Mitt Romney.

You kidding me? He played a big part in screwing up our education system, and making it focus on money and the economy instead of knowledge and learning. He instilled perfect mix of Confucianism and Fascism in all schools.

As the man who is responsible for all our students who know so much, yet are incredibbly stupid, I think GKS deserves very little respect.

May he RIP.

Summer hill SG

Personally I find the education rush the students into making descision quickly.

When I took PSLE, my t-score was 202, I have little choices about the school I can enter. I didn't know anything about subject combinations til I am secondary 2.

Damn!! Why didn't my school offer pure humanities?? I want pure history so that I can study political science.

Political science doesn't have much career prospects in Singapore, if you are interested in social science, I suggest economics.

There's nothing much you can do with political science in Singapore. Try economics or finance.

in the recent workshop i attend, it's about social enterprise. basically have 100% consquences and responsibilities but when it comes to the reaping of the fruits, it goes evenly. which means even if i work 13/hr a day, 7 days a week, there will be people fussing over it when i get $3000 month.

then, i though of public relations. but, i cannot even face someone from online calling me a liar.

From what I see, public relations experts are amont the most under-rated professionals. That was until Hill & Knowlton appointed our beloved Baey Yam keng as its MD.

Tcsaaa SG

i say already ma. Goh keng swee, dun really know much abt him. At least he got do something for singapore during the early years. Today ppl, very well qualified. They only interested in taking more money out of u nia. High coe $ to control car population, high $ to improve expressway speed. Ppl can c for themselves. Those who cannot c one, no need to talk with them de.
