Finding more about working environment

Let say you want to apply for a job in an organization, How can you find out more about that organization’s working environment before really applying.

Working environment as in

1)level of stress and pressure

2)level of help provided to you as a new comer

3)types of colleagues you’ii be working with ect..

Any advice?

even by asking more people who have worked there before also may not get you a correct answer because everyone has different views and different relationship with different people and different jobscope from each other thus different levels of stress and work conflict with parties involved

ask people who worked there, read from internet forums, these solutions oso can work, still cannot get full picture one. the best solution is to try working there yourself then later see how.
