louis+ SG hi fellow folks, i had an employee who play me out when i was oversea..he suppose to open shop for me but he was no show and end up saying he was sick, and i was oversea i cannot come back to open the shop myself...i was so angry because this is not his first time, he always got problem sometimes late then sometimes got excuses cannot come work...what can i do with this type of worker? please advise?
Daveteo SG but he never turn up and i suffer lost on that day, can i ask him to pay up my losses?If he don't pay your losses than you have to go to civil court to sue him. Not worth it.So just sack him, employ a new staff and forget about the past
eagle SG U dun pay him the salary lor. Loss recovered.Or come back get him to work, then sack him at the end of the month, his salary for that month is used for your losses.
louis+ SG but if i deduct his pay,then he go mom report will i get into trouble? because worker always got pamper, everything go complain...
