Daveteo SG I start working yesterday which is the 22nd february. The company policy is to pay salary on the 1st of every month but they say new staff that join after 20th of the month will get their salary late. So for me, my 1 week of february and march salary will only be paid on the 1st april. Is this allowed? I read MOM employment act say the company should pay your salary by the 7th of next month.. I heard there are some companies who pay salary late too saying that new staff that join after a certain date will get that month salary late..
