Hi,
Well, I need your sincerest help. My plan, my interest, my goal
is to get into corporate finance / investment banking whether in a
Big 4 audit firm, Investment Bank or Private Equity firm.
Now, the problem is, I am stuck in Audit and have been for the
last 3 years.
My current plan is to complete my CFA (I will doing my 2nd Level
paper in Jun '10) and also to take my GMAT paper. I realise doing
the GMAT is mainly to apply for an MBA program, but I guess I am
doing the GMAT to include my score in my resume and prove to my
prospective employers of my academic capability and strenghts.
If things still do not work out, I will consider going on for my
MBA.
Am I on the right path here? Any advice or opinions? Anything
else I should be doing?
Any help is sincerely appreciated. I will do anything to make
the jump I need.
