For diploma holders who have never work as security guard before
and the course that they study in polytechnic plus their working
experience is not related to security guard, when they joing the
security agency such as Cisco to work, will they still have to
start off from the bottom as security guard?
Or is it the security agency will send them for the diploma in
security management course and when they graduate already they can
start working as security supervisor and than they ahve to sign a
minimum bond period with the company?
