If you agree to peanuts as pay for your job, then you must still
perform to the job scope as contractually agreed upon, eg - qouta,
hours, attitudes, etc.
These are not the best of times or a booming economy yet, with
everyone of us trying to uplift the markets
through our productivity, sheer hardwork, sacrifices and will
power.
If you believe that peanuts will make you a monkey, and start
behaving like a monkey to your boss and company, then soon, you
will not even get to have peanuts, but to scrounge rubbish
dumps for food.
