Are there really no qualified Singaporeans around?

Recently I just when for a job interview in the government sector?

And you know what,

3 interviewees are PRC, 3 are Singaporeans.

My thinking was, "what the... Are there really no qualified and talented Singaporeans around?"

3 interviewees are PRC, 3 are Singaporeans.

Why Singapore now turned to province of China?

So this is it, no more Singapore as state from now on?
