i found job through agency...
i worked 1 day then quit...i haven't sign the employment letter
from company and never sign the letter of offer from the agency.
but before i went to interview the agency asked me fill in the job
application form and inside the form got the term said if i fail to
work for 90days then i need to compensate the agency 1 month
salary...
the letter of offer from the agency indicated what is my
position, salary, start work date and company name. but the job
application form didn't indicate all these details. now the agency
ask me to compensate them tat 1 month salary
who had encounter this kind of problem ... pls advise...
