I applied to join banks before but didn't get the job..plus I think banks prefer females with experience than guys with no experience..

not true lar. I used to be from banking. true there are a lot of females than males. if you have a nice voice, and can handle stress and rudeness from customer, sure you can apply for banking jobs. you need to go thru employment agencies as most banks outsourced their jobs to agencies.

I diploma in accounting and finance graduate got working experience but never done insurance before and I am a guy.

I m sorry your interview in the past was not successful , when we interview a person , we look for candidate suitable for the job , meaning to say someone who will be able to do the job well.

M5 and M9 are examination , you can take this paper at Singapore College of Insurance.Each exam cost about 100 plus dollar.

I m paying more for these telemarketers because I recognise the certificates and the time and effort one need to spend to get it.
