I try to ask for transfer. They say other dept don't need staff plus only confirmed staff can transfer.

Staff under contract are still under probation cannot get transfer.

Previous job they ask me to resign or they will sack me. Current job soon going to be sacked or asked to leave too

I know you will ask what happen in the current job. Nothing much except that the job is a IT job that requires the use of Microsoft Access, SQL Server, etc which I am not good in so the job isn't suitable for me

apparently this person was found out (dun ask me how) and was given immediate dismissal for wilful or witholding information on his application.
