Cos I will give you chance to be employed by you.
2. Why is your results so lousy?
Cos those with good results will not come here (and therefore
interviewed) in the 1st place.

To be interviewed by you so that I can give you chance to employ
me.
4. What do you see yourself in 5 years time?
I can only know after I accepted your offer to employ me.
