Say you have 2 job offers.
The first job has a high salary and high bonus. Benefits are
very good. But very stressful got alot of work to do everyday and
always have to work until very late. Collegues are no good alot of
office politics.
The second job salary is average. Bonus is very little if not
zero. Benefits is very lousy. But workload is slack. Everyday maybe
3pm or 4pm you will finish your work already than you can surf net
there. The collegues are very nich too not much office politics
too.
