Guys, please help me... kinda confuse of something.... anyway I will explain it to you my problem...

Recently I've been hired as temp warehouse assitant by a recruitment agency. I've been given a time sheet that we need to fill up and submitted them before the timesheet cut-off. I will be starting on my sept 8 and I need to fill up and sign the timesheet form by the person in charge of the warehouse and the timesheet form is good for 2 weeks and after that I need to submit it before the cut-off or else if i failed to do so, the next processing will be the next cut-off date. It is stated on the timesheet that we need to submit the form every 5th / 20th month before 5:30 pm but if 5th / 20th fall on saturday and sunday we need to submit in on friday before 5:30pm.

My question is What if I've been ask to work on saturday but saturday is 20th day of sept and we need to use our timesheet to record the saturday work but it is already pass the cut-off date, so, it means that if I failed to submit my timesheet on the cut-off date there would be a delay in my salary pay.... because I can't submit the on the 19th day which is friday because it is clearly stated on the form that there is no separation of day in a week to a next form. It means that I'm not allowed to record my saturday work on the next timesheet form because if I'm going to submit it by friday (19th day of sept) I cannot record my saturday work.

When will I receive my pay?

the timesheet form goes like this.. there are two tables of mon - sun which is good for 2 weeks then submission

Timesheet Cut-off dates - Pay cheque collection dates
5th of every month before 5:30pm - 15th of every month
20th of every month before 5:30pm - 30/31th of every month

if the 5th & 20th fall on saturday / sunday time sheet must be submitted before 5:30pm on friday.

Late Receipt of Time Sheet will be processed on the next processing date stated above

please fill up the time sheet as per completed week (mon-sun) and do not separate days in a week to next form.
